Order Processing

For products that are currently in stock, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during new collection launches, limited releases, promotional periods, public holidays and periods of high demand.

Customers will be notified where a significant delay affects their order.

Pre-Orders

Certain Clicksium Clothing products may be made available on a pre-order basis before stock is ready for dispatch.

Pre-order items require additional time for production, branding, quality checks and preparation before shipment.

The estimated dispatch or collection timeframe for a pre-order will be communicated on the relevant product page, during the ordering process or directly to the customer.

Please note that pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supplier or logistics circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery — South Africa

Clicksium Clothing currently primarily serves customers within South Africa.

Once an order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is generally:

Major cities and metropolitan areas: approximately 2–5 business days

Regional and outlying areas: approximately 3–7 business days

These timeframes apply after dispatch and do not include processing or pre-order production time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive their tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow reasonable time for the courier's tracking system to update after dispatch.
